THIS PAGE IS FOR THOSE WISHING TO PAY THEIR CITATION.

IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN ATTENDING TRAFFIC SCHOOL, GO TO THE DEFENSIVE DRIVING SCHOOL TAB.  DO NOT PAY FOR TRAFFIC SCHOOL ON THIS PAGE!!!!!!

NOTE:  You will EITHER choose to pay your citation and it go on your motor vehicle record, OR you choose defensive driving school to keep the citation off of your record.  YOU DO NOT DO BOTH!

CDL LICENSE HOLDERS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO ATTEND DEFENSIVE DRIVING SCHOOL.

The following options are available to pay your citation. 

BY MAIL:  You may pay your citation prior to your court date with money order or cashier's check mailed to the Coopertown Court Clerk's Office, 2525 Burgess Gower Road, Springfield, TN 37172.  WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL OR THIRD-PARTY CHECKS.

IN PERSON:  The Court Clerk's office is open Monday - Thursday 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m. - 3 p.m. and accepts cash, money order, or cashier's check. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS.

ONLINE:  To pay your citation online, please fill in the information below.  Call 615-382-4470, extension 212, if you need information regarding your citation.

YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO APPEAR IN COURT IF YOU PAY YOUR CITATION PRIOR TO YOUR COURT DATE.

Failure to pay your citation prior to your court date or appear in court on your designated court date will result in a separate offense of Contempt of Court which carries an additional $50 fine and possible suspension of your driver's license in your home state.
